Refund Policy – HoloVault TCG

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Sealed Products  
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sealed items are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Issues  
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Lost packages must be handled through the shipping provider.

Order Cancellations  
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Chargebacks  
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
